Policy

Privacy Policy.

What this site collects, how it is used, and the boundary we hold around patient information. The short answer: healthrevenueintelligence.com collects what you submit, limited request data needed to run and secure the site, and narrowly scoped, first-party operational measurement.

Notice at Collection

Health Revenue Intelligence, LLC (HRI) controls the information described in this policy. It covers healthrevenueintelligence.com: the pages you read, the contact form, and email sent to info@healthrevenueintelligence.com. Ordinary page measurement does not create an individual behavioral profile or combine data from outside sources. Cloudflare's security tools may evaluate transient technical browser and network signals solely to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic, as described below.

The contact form asks for business contact and organization details, your primary need, optional level of care and program state, a rough monthly claim volume, and a general description of the work. HRI uses those details to evaluate and respond to your request, secure the form, send the request to HRI's business inbox, record acceptance by the email delivery provider, and keep appropriate business records. Do not include patient information. The form also contains an invisible spam trap that legitimate visitors never see; it exists to catch bots and collects nothing from people.

A small first-party script can keep four limited attribution fields in your browser's session storage: safe URL values for UTM source, medium, and campaign, plus the first landing path. Session storage ends with the browser-tab session. Those values are copied into hidden contact-form fields if you submit the form; they are not cookies and are not included in operational event requests. Values that fail the script's length or character rules are discarded.

Retention depends on the inquiry and HRI's operational and legal needs. HRI may keep the submission and related correspondence as needed to respond, manage a potential or actual business relationship, protect the site, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask HRI to locate, correct, or delete an inquiry as described below; HRI will evaluate the request under applicable law and legitimate retention needs.

How Information Is Used

Submissions go to the people who run the work so they can understand the service you asked about and reply to you. Limited campaign fields are used to understand which HRI resource or campaign led to the inquiry. Submitting the form authorizes HRI to contact you about that request; it does not create a website account or an analytics profile. If you would rather skip the form, info@healthrevenueintelligence.com reaches the same people.

HRI does not sell personal information covered by this policy, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Service-provider processing described below is not permission for those providers to market to you. A Global Privacy Control signal therefore has no sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of today. The legacy Do Not Track signal does not disable the aggregate and first-party operational measurement described below. If HRI's practices change, this notice and any legally required controls will change before the new practice begins.

Cookies & Operational Measurement

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, ad pixels, or cross-site identifiers. The limited first-party session storage described above does not create an advertising profile. Cloudflare's security controls may use a strictly necessary token, browser storage, or clearance cookie when needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic; those controls are not used for advertising.

Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a browser performance beacon automatically added at Cloudflare's edge. It reports aggregate information about page and host, referring host or path, country, device type, browser, operating system, navigation type, and load performance. It does not log URL query strings, access cookies or browser storage, track people across sites, or retain the source IP address in its RUM databases. HRI currently configures Cloudflare not to inject this beacon for visitors in the EU. Cloudflare keeps unsampled beacon data for seven days, then reduces it to aggregate data for longer-term reporting; HRI can access Web Analytics reports for up to six months.

HRI's first-party operational dataset records three fixed funnel events: a contact-call-to-action click with an approved source path and the fixed target /contact/; the first trusted interaction with the contact form; and server-confirmed acceptance of the review request by the email delivery provider, with the fixed target /thank-you/. Provider acceptance means the message was accepted for processing; it does not prove delivery to the business inbox. Each row contains only the event name, approved source path, fixed target path, a fixed PayerTruth or none attribution label, a count, and a timestamp. It rejects extra fields and does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text, field values, raw campaign values, query strings, referrers, user-agent strings, cookie identifiers, IP addresses, or patient information. Cloudflare retains these event rows for three months.

When someone opens the review form from PayerTruth, the page URL can carry three campaign values. If that person submits the form, HRI recognizes the exact approved combination and adds the fixed label PayerTruth to the request. The label contains no patient information and is not used to build a cross-site profile.

Service Providers

Service providers handle data only in defined roles needed to operate this site and respond to inquiries.

Contact-form contents are not written to Analytics Engine, and HRI's operational event record does not retain the IP address. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

HRI sends contact-form contents only through the infrastructure and email-delivery path described here. The form does not send those contents to Analytics Engine or advertising platforms.

Protected Health Information

This website is not a channel for PHI. Do not put patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, diagnoses, or claim documents into the form or into email. When an engagement requires records, they move through the secure process agreed during contracting, with a BAA in place first. The full boundary is described on the Security & Compliance page.

Access, Deletion & Changes

To ask what HRI holds from your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion, email info@healthrevenueintelligence.com. HRI will evaluate the request under applicable law and legitimate retention needs. There are no website accounts or individual measurement profiles behind this site, so these requests generally concern inquiry correspondence rather than an analytics profile.

Revisions to this policy appear on this page, and the effective date above moves with them. Questions about any of it: info@healthrevenueintelligence.com or 802-424-2455.
